How can I get a reimbursement for the background check? I have paid twice and still no bade. Now they are free?
I had the same issue. I emailed customer support and it turned out I had two email addresses associated with my account. Therefore they were having trouble locating me. Once I confirmed the correct account they were able to add the badge within 24 hours.
Hi, I would contact customer service. I had my badge show up on my profile after 4 business days of filling out the application.
I have contacted Customer Service. Still no resolutions.
