Error communicating with server, why is my app on my phone not working?

Every time I go on my Rover app, it says it has trouble communicating with the server, try again later. My dog walker did not get the Rover card I sent because of this. How do we fix this?

Have you tried logging off/logging back into the app? Sometimes that works as a "reset" for me....

From what I have seen is many folks seem to be having problems with the latest App update. If you continue to have problems you should contact Rover Support.

Mine has been doing that as well since the most recent update. Hoping they'll fix it with the next update!
