How do I contact a past customer?

She left a dog bed here. I want to arrange to get it back to her.

The Past Customers list should contain an email but I don't see it.

Under Past Stays, select the customer/dog for the last message you sent. Then use Rover's messaging system to contact them. You will not find their personal email address, unless you've asked for it during intake. I request the client fill out an info sheet which would have various forms of contact, including email address.

Another way is to open Stay Summary and you'll find the client's Rover phone number.
