Is there an easy way (like a tab) to request that the dog's owner review me?
I just completed my first job and would like them to do a review of my performance.
When a new client picks up their dog, I tell them that Rover will be sending them a request in a few days to rate and review Fido's stay. I say that it would help my business if they would do that for me. I then thank them for trusting me to care for Fido.
Hi, Chris! Rover will automatically send the client two reminders to review your recent services, though every once in a while a client doesn't leave one.
