I'm searching for someone to stay at my home and care for my 7 pets. Can I use this site to run such an advertisement vs looking at each registered sitter and corresponding with them individually?

What pets do I have? 2 Dogs 3 Cats 1 African Grey Bird 1 Rabbit

We require someone who is willing to stay in our home

Please respond to me at marcw91377@aol.com

On Rover, you don't advertise for a sitter. You search for one that meets your needs.

This is merely the sitter community board, not the main site where you will find many sitters to take care of your pets.

Go to the Search Sitters link at the top, enter your zipcode, dates needed, then select House Sitting as the type of service you need. You will get a list of sitters in your area that perform such services. Then you contact the ones you like and interview them before booking the service. Each sitter has individual rates and you will see them prominently displayed in the listing. Be sure to check under "additional rates" for each potential sitter because you have 7 pets. The rates shown are for one dog per 24-hour period.

If you need help finding a house sitter, another alternative is to contact Rover Customer Support at [Edit: Rover’s contact options have changed. Visit the Rover Help Center at https://support.rover.com/ to find the phone number, help articles, or chat with the team]. They will try to help find the right match for your pets needs.

Hi Marc: You can search for a sitter in your area from the main page. Just enter your zip code, and apply filters if you choose for dogs & cats, bird, rabbit, etc. You would search under House Sitting. Once you read through a sitter profile you like, click on Contact Sitter to send a sitting request.
