How can you charge my credit card two months before the stay?

I can understand having the card on file. I do NOT understand actually charging it.

Your card is charged when the booking is accepted by you and the sitter. You should contact Rover support but this is the way it works

This is board is primarily for sitters and pet owners. While some Rover staff do participate on the boards, it isn't an effective way to communicate with the company.
