No last minute bookings?
Is there a way to let people know that I need at least a week's notice for new client bookings? This is necessary to allow time for a meet and greet.

Just put it into your profile that you require a minimum of 7 day's notice for a booking and that you do not accept last-minute requests. Keep in mind that not all potential client read your profile, so if it's important to you, put it in all caps at the top of your description.
