I don't understand how I can have 0 repeat clients but have 13 repeat visits. Explain please.
You may have 13 repeat "visits" but you have only one repeat client.
Hi Karen: It looks to me like you have 1 repeat client. The visits per client don't really count, after the first repeat. So if you have one client that books a second time with you, you will have one repeat client. If another client books with you, and after the service is completed and then books again, they too will become a repeat client. So that would make a total of 2 repeat clients. Does that make sense?
You only get a repeat client once, not every time they book.
