How do I adjust my pricing to reflect what I told a dog owner I would giver her?

A dog mommy wants to book with me. On the website it says $200 for the stay total. I told her I would do $150, but I need to know how to adjust the price for her.

I believe on the page you are booking with (that has their messages with you on it), on the top left corner, you should see the rates, and be able to manually change them. (There's an edit button, I think)

Thank you. It didnt work to the exact dollar amount but we got close. I appreciate your help!

in that same section, you can use the cost adjustment to either add or subtract a price so you can be at the exact amount you told the owner,

Rover new clients includes a 20percent off discount even though we get the full fee. Is this automatically applied? I sent a booking request to a new client and the site adds it to $150, however it should be more like $130. I am new and unaware, are we supposed to adjust the fee?

You should have your own promo code for the client to enter to save the $20. To see and/or edit your code--click on your name drop down box, select profile. Under account info, choose update. Then the promote tab and you will find the code.
