I did not see this except in the handbook. And how do you make a promotional code, does it have to be alpha and numeric? Thank you

It's a tag you attach to a guest dog's collar that functions as an extra ID tag in case the dog and sitter become separated. Since the dog's parents are likely out of town and wouldn't be able to respond right away if their dog has escaped and been found, when someone calls the number on the tag, both Rover and the sitter are notified that the dog has been found so they can be reunited.
