Why can't I see a message I've sent through Rover to a potential client?

I can't see the correspondence I've had with a potential guest. I had in the back of my mind that I had already responded to her question but couldn't see a response so I accepted her reservation and responded. I don't see this recent correspondence in the email thread. However, I'm afraid she's received both or none. Can you help? Nicola is the guest.

It sounds as though you are writing this message to Rover staff. While some Rover staff do participate on this board, it is isn't the official way of communicating with them, This board is primarily for sitters and owners to discuss pet-related or sitting issues.
