For the results of the actual check, only you, First Advantage and Rover's background check review team have access to the check. As Laura said, owners can see the badge if you passed it, but they don't see any of your personal information.
All anyone will know is that you passed it when you get your badge. I assume if you didn't, you would be alerted as to why (or at least have the option to find out), but since you're the one initiating it, they just report back to you.
