How can I get photos uploaded through the Rover Card to show up on my profile?

Since the Rover Card forces you to take a photo before ending your walk, I have a ton of photos I have been sharing with my clients, but none of them are showing up on my profile!

I don't want to barrage the clients with photos on the Rover Card AND the same photos through the messages of our stay, since the clients get notified on the website/app, email, and via text message any time I send them a new Rover Card or message; but I also keep getting emails telling me to make sure I'm sending my clients photos during their stays! I often send multiple pictures through the Rover Cards, so it's frustrating to find out that my photo rank is actually dropping because of the new cards Rover wants me to use!

My clients like to see our route via the GPS tracker and I can't submit the card without a photo, so do I just need to send a photo on the card and another photo on the message?? I have been using so much more data on my phone now that I have to use my GPS and upload photos while on walks, I miss being able to wait and send photos until I'm on wi-fi!

Rover Card users, how are you staying on top of your photo ranks? Is there a way to get them on your profile without sending them again as a message?

Thank you for asking this. I've run into same issues as a new Rover card user. Frustrating. My card from today still won't go through and then it really screws up communication and repoire with the client.

Hi Jasmin: I'm sending pics via the report card just like you. and I always get the stock "improve your search rankings by taking pics" email for every stay. I don't know why your photo percentage would drop if you are sending photos through the report card. To answer your title question, after the stay is complete, go to your Past Customers (in blue letters) and find the dog(s) and click to open....you'll have the option to show or hide the pics there.

I have the same questions as Jasmin. My photos sent through the rover card aren't showing up on my profile. I think its good to have a variety of photos for new clients to see the pictures of verified stays. If the pictures from Rover card don't show up then I will just send them via message instead

I've never wanted my clients pictures posted to my profile, if I did there would be more than 1000 pix. Far too much clutter, far to many poor or average pix. What gets posted on my profile are pictures I want posted

I also like to have a variety of photos showing on my profile, at least 1 or 2 of each of my clients. There is a 50 pic maximum, and the space it takes on your profile is only 4 or 5 small pics wide (with and arrow to scroll).

To get your photos from the Rover card to show, from your inbox go to Past Customers (in blue) and select the dog(s)....you can Show/Hide photos from there. The Rover card photos are set to Hide as a default. You should send photos thru the Rover card so it doesn't affect your percentage.
