Rover Cards not getting to clients?

Is anyone else having trouble with the Rover Cards not being received by clients? Every time I have used them, not a single client gets one! I know I am doing it correctly. I take a screen shot of it after it pops up when it has sent, so I know it is sent, and so I can send the screen shot to my clients in case it doesn't show up.

These will be required soon. What is the point of me using this if the client doesn't get it? I love the idea, but if I can't get it to my client, then this is useless extra work for me, because I am essentially having to send a message twice.

EDIT: I am still having issues with this. A few of my clients are getting frustrated by this as well. One client uses the app, so even if she can't get the Rover Card when it pops up, she should be able to view it in the "more" or "menu" tab after the fact, right?

Also, Does anyone know when these will be required? The Rover article just says "fall 2016". Really want to figure this out before they are required!!

I've not had a Rover Card sent to me, let alone pics with my puppies latest sitter.

Are the clients clicking on the Report Card link in their email messaging? I know in my case, the report card looks different on email than it does on the app.

I have yet to have a Rover card work and I've tried on 3 different walk occasions. I've contacted support about this but they just suggest I keep trying. I'm worried about when these will be required if they don't work for me now!

Report cards sent can be viewed on the App and on the PC website under upcoming stays or past stays. The client gets an email and/or a text when the event starts and at the end of the event. But they must have notifications active on Rover for this to happen. Pictures sent appear on the clients Rover page.
