How can I see the holiday rates before I request a sitter?

Hi Hannah: To answer your post title (seeing sitter holiday rates) you would click on the sitters profile, then click on "Additional Services and Rates" in blue font under the listing of services offered. A new pop up screen will show a list of additional rates that include the holiday rates. You can cancel any requests at any time. Just go to your inbox and select the pending request to cancel. I've never been a Rover client, but I believe you would have a drop down list for the reason you are cancelling your request, and/or perhaps a text box to type in the reason you are cancelling.
