How do I add a fee for a cat when the client wants me to house sit for both a dog and a cat?

Hi, Maren. Is your price for an additional dog the same as a cat, at $10? If so, I would suggest setting your rate for cat care at $40 and then just using the additional pet rate for the cat for the client who has the dog and the cat. If your additional dog rate is different from your additional cat rate, I would recommend making a note in your profile of your charge.
