Poor answer by Rover. Credit card statement? Really? We need a real receipt exported as a PDF minus extraneous information.

The only option is to reach out to customer service directly and ask them to send a "real receipt" to you. No one here can do it for you.
Yes it is a poor answer. My company would reimburse me for pet care while I travel, but I can't get reimbursed since I don't have a proper receipt.

If you don't have a receipt, you call Rover directly and tell them you need a "proper" receipt, and they will send you one. But YOU have to call, no one here with call for you so you can get reimbursed. What's so difficult about calling yourself instead of complaining you can't get reimbursed?
I assume you are a Rover customer, not a sitter. Rover sends out confirmations to sitters and, I would imagine, to customers. The confirmation has the dates of service and the cost that has been paid. Other than that, you have your credit card statements too.
