What if i deleted the email can I write a review any other way?

Terry was very informative with photo and comment updates. It is obvious she cares for dogs.

If you've booked the sitter through Rover, at the end of the job, Rover will automatically send you an email, with a link to review the sitter and the stay.

If you have used this sitter outside of Rover and wish to give a testimonial, then the sitter needs to send you the Rover testimonial request message, which will have the necessary links for you. Tell the sitter that the official request form can be found in his/her Dashboard. They will fill in your email address and you'll get the ability to write it.

I used this sitter about 2 years ago through http://Rover.com and had a horrible experience with the sitter. As I was searching through your website again to find a dog sitter, I happen to come across her name. Can I still write a review as I think this review is very important to owners of pets?

Go to your Inbox, Past Stays, find the sitter/stay and select Write Review. If it's not there, I don't think there's a way for you to initiate a review. You could try reaching out to Rover support and letting them know your concerns, but I'm not sure they would allow you to leave a public review.

How do I review http://Rover.com as a service provider? I'm not talking about giving my sitter a review but the service in general.

So basically the walker has control over the reviews they post?

Very disappointed. Last month my friend referred me to this app and to Paul Smiley to take care of my dog, so I download the app and message Paul. I want to bring my dog to meet the sitter but he never replied to my messages!!!!! sitter said he works during the day, who watches the dogs??????

This website and app are horrific!! The young guy that’s coming seems like a great guy, but the app is impossible to fill out (like pet info) and they answer my question by sending back my question. I sure hoe the guy works out. How did you get a 5 star anyway?????🤨

Very disappointed with a sitter Christine K. I paid Rover in full when I booked her on Rover. THREE days prior to our trip she canceled the booking due to her crazy schedule. I Thus I had to cancel my trip MY TRIP !!!!!! And Rover offers me a $20. Limited time offer for a future bookings Ha ha
