How do I get a refund?

I put in the wrong date and had to cancel with my sitter. How do I get a refund? I need to reschedule for next week.

Hi, Tina. If you have already cancelled the reservation, you should receive a refund within 3 to 5 business days in accordance with your sitter's refund policy. If you have not cancelled, you or your sitter can modify the dates to the correct ones in order to avoid having to get a refund and then charging your card again.

Adding to this answer: I am a sitter, and I had to send an email to Rover support to get them to refund for a date change. They took care of it right away!
