How do I access the sitter handbook?

I've been looking all over the website to try to find the handbook thing that was provided during Rover's "training" and I can't find it anywhere! Does anyone else know where I can find it?

Go to the Help Center at the bottom of any http://rover.com page. Look under the "getting started" column and click "How can I have a safe stress-free stay". A link to the handbook is there.

Also, if you see that someone else has that badge on their profile, you can just click on it.
