I'm still building my profile and I'm purposely holding off on it going live so I can commit fully to this. I need to remove overnight sitting at my home from services offered and add dog walking, but since I finished that section of the profile I can't access it again.
You may need to contact Rover support ([Edit: Rover’s contact options have changed. Visit the Rover Help Center at https://support.rover.com/ to find the phone number, help articles, or chat with the team]) for help altering your profile before it goes live. You can also change your status to away as soon as your profile goes live to give yourself time to set up your profile as you like it before getting requests. Setting your profile to away doesn't guarantee people won't request services from you, but it does prevent you from being penalized for a lack of response or for denying the stay.
You can always edit the information you've entered by clicking the Profile tab, then click Edit underneath the service you offer.
I do not see an Edit option for my services. The only thing I see to edit my services is to add boarding...which I don't do. Even at the top of the page where it says List More Services, it still only brings me to boarding options.
