I sent pictures of my client's dog at least once a day, and I made sure it was published publicly but it won't show up on my profile...How do I fix this?

Please help! Thank you in advance.

You should check your profile under settings general and be sure the hide photo's button is off if you want pictures to post to your profile. Personally I don't want that many pictures cluttering my profile so I have it turned off.

As long as you send the photos publicly through the App or to the Rover number assigned to the owner, the pictures should show up on your profile. The only exception I can think is if the owner has opted to not have photos of their pets be public. I'm not sure if this is something they can request for every photo sitters upload, or if they have to request it photo by photo.

If they still aren't showing on your profile you can check with the owner or contact Rover support!

Did you use the assigned Rover number when sending? It starts with an 8 and shows up as a California number. Pics will only show up on the site if you use this number.

Did you use the Report Card feature (for walking/drop-ins)? After posting your pics, etc, you have to do an extra step to actually send the info.

Also, today (July 25, 2016) the site was having some problems. My pics didn't post, either.

If none of these scenarios fit you, you should call Rover support.

I just realized I sent all my picts and videos to the client's phone number...I thought if I sent everything through the rover app it would automatically be added to my profile as well. Then is it too late to fix this? How do I send it to the assigned Rover number?

If the stay is still active, you can send pics through the Rover app. Just go to your current stays, select the correct client, and you can message/send pics that way. Otherwise, call Rover Support at: [Edit: Rover’s contact options have changed. Visit the Rover Help Center at https://support.rover.com/ to find the phone number, help articles, or chat with the team] for help.

Ok. Thank you for your response, Mary!
