All of the dogs that I have had stayed with me had a good experience. Like many others the owner said they would want to use me again. I wanted to send a thank you note and ask for a review but it says that the claim is closed and I can no longer contact the owner. For two of the dogs I watched the owner and I only communicated via the Rover app. What should I do?

You can still send messages through the 'closed' conversations. I've used them and it still works. :)

It says that the conversation is closed and it won't let me send them a message. How did you do that? Can you still?

I'd recommend contacting customer support, since no one here can see your account info or view the issue you're having. You may need to access the conversation from a computer rather than the app. I've been able to send messages through conversations that are weeks or even months past. It says the conversation is closed, but it should still let you send a message.
