How long does it take for Rover to approve a Review?

My client notified me that she has submitted two reviews but neither one has shown on my profile. It has been a couple hours now. Should I go ahead and contact Rover support about the issue or wait a little bit longer? TIA!!!

Your client probably submitted the review as private so it won't show up on your profile. Not sure you can do anything about it but ask the client to submit a public review

If they sent it privately would I still be able to see it on my sitter account? I'm not seeing any kind of review at all...

I believe the answer is no. Only Rover can see the review, you can always contact support through the helpdesk on this site https://support.rover.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

When the review goes through, you will be notified by email with something like "Susie Smith just left you a 5-star review! Go check it out on your profile!"

I always give Rover 24 hours. If, after that, you don't see anything, contact Rover.
