Promo-code and sitter payment

If I use a promotional code (e.g. the recently expired FEB50) to cover part of my stay, will the sitter still be paid the original full amount by rover.com? I want to make sure that my sitter get paid the full amount he deserves for taking care of my fur-baby while I am gone.
