Thank you, so is the extra 5% they take for as long as i have my business on here ? and to anyone that has signed up using RoverGo did you find it worth that extra 5% ?

When I signed up they said they basically are sending people you way for a one time 5% fee. I haven't had any results yet because I'm currently "away". However I felt the one time fee wouldn't be harsh

Thanks for the info :) I just talked to them and unfortunately i can't even sign up for RoverGo in my State for some reason :(

I'm a rovergo sitter for quite awhile but didn't get the professional photographer nor the package of bandanas or thank you cards. Wonder if I could still get this.

Great question! I'll provide a little more information about RoverGO, which you can join by going to https://www.rover.com/go/ or emailing the team at rovergo@rover.com

You can also call anytime at [Edit: Rover’s contact options have changed. Visit the Rover Help Center at https://support.rover.com/ to find the phone number, help articles, or chat with the team] and the team will go over the benefits and process of RoverGO in more depth!

RoverGO is a great option for sitters who are looking to get more—more bookings, more clients, more money. The team sets you up to earn loyal clients, 4-6 stays every month, and continue building a thriving dog-sitting business. Some of the benefits included in the program is a complimentary background check, a professionally written profile, a boost in search rankings if you're a new sitter, and a welcome package of your choice which contains dog bandanas, thank you cards, t-shirts, and more!

RoverGO is especially great for new sitters on the site - especially ones trying to really ramp up their business - because we provide a boost for the first 10 stays for new sitters! That means you show up higher in search results. Coupled with your professional photos and written profile, you really stand out to owners.

It's also free to sign-up - the only difference is that you keep 5% less of your earnings. For example, regular sitters keep 80% of their earnings on the site and GO sitters keep 75% of their earnings.

But overall, sitters with GO have the opportunity to earn $100+ more each month, have about 20% more conversations with dog owners, and get 10-15% more bookings than a regular sitter.

Is rovergo more for house sitting instead of dog walking?
