how do i report a suspicious user?

I had a lady request this morning if she could bring her dog over? A.) I always do meet n greets at the park. B.) i was already booked.
If this wasn't strange enough, she tried to book me again today for next weekend. Again already booked. just seemed strange If Rover does not feel it is weird, is there a way to block users?

Based on what you said, I wouldn't consider her messages suspicious, it just sounds like she hasn't looked at your calendar to see if you were booked or not. Having a meet and greet at the sitters house (for boarding or daycare) isn't that unusual so I don't get any red flags from that. Liked Deb said, just being polite and telling her you aren't a good fit for her pet should take care of the issue.

No, for a suspicious user, you can flag the incoming message . Alternatively, you could send rover a quick email or call.

For someone you just aren't matched well, I'd suggest just nicely letting them know. (Thank you for your interest. I don't think I'm a good match for (pet name). Please feel free to contact Rover support and they will try to help you find a great sitter for (pet name) at no additional fee. )

How do you flag a message, and what does that do? I have a client who I do not want to interact with further but I don’t know how to block myself from them.

Kelly you cannot block an owner.

In an active conversation with an owner, you will see under the Send button for the message box a little X in a circle that says "Report this Conversation." I don't know if anything pops up, asking for a reason, because I've never used it.
