i live on an island and am getting suggestions for sitters who live off-island. Why?
The bridge toll is anywhere from $11-15 round trip, which means they would make nothing for walking my dog after they pay that--and I'm certainly not paying their toll. So why does Rover's search feature not take that into account? Suggesting a dog sitter who lives in Brooklyn or Manhattan for a client who lives on Staten Island makes zero sense, and there doesn't seem to be any way to search by zip code only. It's really annoying to wade through 50 listings for dog sitters and realize not one of them is local.
