Do you think rover will add an online tipping feature?
So many people don't carry cash on them anymore especially after just returning from traveling yet they tell me they would like to leave a tip online. "Extending the stay" is the only way I've found to do it but it's awkward because then I have to ask them how much and adjust the rate or have Rover Support adjust the rate. It seems like such an easy thing to add to the website as an option for satisfied customers. Do you think it's a good idea to add this feature?
Yes Yes Yes, I would love to have a tip feature on the website and keep it separate from rover fees as tips are based on sitter and satisfaction with your services! My clients give me cash but have wanted to use their credit card. I have also received gifts instead of cash cause people don't carry cash. I think this feature would be very appreciated by the sitters and clients!
