How do I adjust rate for visits every other day?

My new client needs cat care - we agreed on 1 visit every other day during the dates, So it will not be 23 visits, it will be only 12. I can't adjust this in the booking. It keeps the full rate for 23 visits.

How do I adjust this for the client?

I think this link will help. https://support.rover.com/hc/en-us/ar... If it still calculates the wrong number and you can't edit to 12, then I'd adjust the date range so it reflect s only 12 visits, then type in the message that it will be for every other day starting on Date and ending on Date, for a total of 12 visits, just to ensure insurance and support coverage.

I have the same issue with my client. Her schedule changes weekly and only needs me for drop in visits on days she works. It wont let her book certain days , only consecutive days in a row. She wants to be able to pick the days she needs me for the insurance ect. Will making a note saying the days make a difference if insurance is needed?

Yes, because Rover can review all the written communications between pet owners and sitters. I've done this many times. Although I haven't needed to make a claim, I've always received their support since they can clearly see what services were booked and for when.

I've had the same problem. I solved it by booking non-consecutive days as dog walking, instead of drop-in visits. The dog walking selection allows you to click on only the dates needed, as one stay. I would not suggest altering the date range to make up for the days not needed. Very important for insurance coverage. Would be great if the booking calendar worked the same for drop ins and dog walking.
