Do I have to pay for my background check, or for any of the services? I am not interested in paying for anything. I simply want to advertise my pet-sitting.

New sitters are paid 80% of the amount booked. Rover withholds 20% for insurance, administration, including managing payment, and business support, such as connecting you with pet-owners that might not have found you otherwise, helping answer questions, and resolve issues. RoverGo & RoverMatch programs have different percentages.
Rover is 100% to start out. You do not have to get a background check one and even the background checks are free in many areas
