My profile is pending, says to talk to a Rover Premier agent, is this different from the RoverGO screening?

So, when I go to my profile, it sometime shows up that it's pending, and says something along the lines of "to complete the process, call a Rover Premier consultant." Is this different then the call I have scheduled to speak to a RoverGo consultant?

HI Kimberly: I have never heard of a "RoverGo consultant", but I don't offer sitting in my home or daycare, I only offer walks and drop-in visits (so maybe a RoverGo consultant deals with services I don't offer?).
