Can I not simply do this myself on the site ?
It's ridiculous that there's not an easy way to find and do this (super basic) function on the site. It took me about 20 minutes to find it last time and now here I am again, struggling with the same thing. Really, really need to do usability testing on Rover.com.

You can add/update the walking care instructions by visiting the website and logging in. After you're logged in, you'll be at the service dashboard screen. From there, within the "On-Demand Dog Walking " section, input your zip code and click on the arrow. The next page will let you update this info.

It's entirely possible you can edit your care instructions, but this forum might not be the best way to get an answer to your question. This is a community of Rover users, and at least right now, it seems to be mostly sitters on here, so many (like myself) may be fairly unfamiliar with how our to navigate the site from your perspective. I haven't used Rover to find care for my own dogs, so I've only ever seen the care instructions my clients have entered, not entered them myself. Rover customer service, on the other hand, can walk you through step by step because they have knowledge of both the sitter- and pet parent-specific screens and assist in case you're actually experiencing a glitch with the site.
