The easiest way to do that is simply raise your rates on the profile, and when your repeat dog parents contact you, you give them a custom quote (in this case a lower rate).
You can also choose to (but don't have to) message all, some, or none of past clients and let them know what rate you'll give them for their next booking - if you do that, you may or may not also include and end date (i.e. for the remainder of 2016).
I have been thinking about doing that as well. I'd probably attempt to contact my regulars and let them know the new rates don't apply to them - I think you can do that via "past stays", just send a message from their last stay.
