Is it okay to ask a new client for a review?

Hi Rover!

I just finished a stay with a new http://Rover.com client. I was wondering (sorry if this is a silly question but I just want to be sure I am following etiquette) Is it okay to ask a new http://Rover.com client for a review? If so, how soon can I ask? I just finished my stay yesterday so I don't want to seem pushy or anything like that.

Thank you!

When the client picks up the dog, I tell them how much I enjoyed having their dog stay with me. I tell tham that Rover will be contacting them in the next few days to ask for a review of the stay, and it would be very appreciated and helpful to me if they would do that. I tell them there's no rush on getting it done. I just say it would help grow my business if they would post a review so that potential clients can see how I treated their dog.

If they don't post a review within a week, I will message them and politely ask if they would post a review. I say something like I realize you're busy and may have forgotten about it.

I should have searched this first! Sorry!

Answer: http://Rover.com sends the client a review request. If you do not receive a review, it is okay to follow up with the client and ask.

I will just wait a few days to let them get settled back from their trip :-)

Thanks, Rover!
