Are pet owners advised about our Quiet Hours if they submit a request during that time?

Just wondering if pet owners receive some sort of notification from rover.com if they submit a request or send a message during my Quiet Hours (9 PM to 8 AM) so they understand why I don't answer right away. Also, if a request does come in during that time, does rover.com let me know the time the request was submitted?

Here is the answer from Rover Support:
Owners do not receive any notification that you are in your "Quiet Hours." For an owner, a message sent at midnight operates just the same as a message sent at noon. For both text messages and emails, the time you receive it will be the only time stamp. You will not be able to clearly see what time the owner submitted the message. For notifications within the app, you will be able to see what time the owner submitted the message. I hope this clears things up! Please let me know if you have any other questions. Excellent! Thank you! I don't suppose they said anything about whether your 'answer' clock starts ticking then as well? For example, my profile states that I respond to every request within 1 hour - if a call comes at midnight and I don't get it until 6am, have I used 6 hours?

Quite hours do not count against you.

Yes they do.

I agree with Amber and do not believe that a request during quiet hours requires a quick response. I recently was sent a request at 1:50AM, though my quiet hours do not end until 6:00AM and I received the notification then. I responded within 5 minutes and my response time was not docked.

That would be a great question for Rover support! When you find out, please let us all know!
