“Lauren and her husband were amazing! My husband and I boarded our 7 month old puppy, Cruz, while we were on a 10 day vacation. We were nervous to be away from him for such a long time. Our nerves were quickly relieved when we started receiving photos and videos of Cruz. We received a photo or video of Cruz everyday having so much fun with the other dogs! Cruz had a blast and loved being with Lauren and her husband. We have already booked Cruz’s next stay with Lauren :)”

“Brandi was amazing with our puppy Azul! She has a great home where the dogs can run and play with other dogs. She sent videos and pictures during our day away and assured us he was doing well. She was friendly and courteous and asked many questions to make sure she knew how to care for Azul. I highly recommend her.”

“We are so grateful that Bernadette takes such good care of our little Skippy. Gives us such piece of mind to be gone, knowing that he has a friendly and caring place to stay.”

“Heather took great care of Mia, sent many pictures, was extremely responsive, and was easy to work with. Mia had a great time finding all of the best snuggle spots and hanging with Heather’s dogs as well. I’d highly recommend her for any pet sitting needs.”

About: I began my seriously joyous devotion to animals at the age of 11, as an SF ZOO volunteer in the barnyard, where I learned to care for a variety of animals, from miniature horses to coyotes to parrots, and more. I have continued to attract rescuing wayward beasts of all kinds, providing them with excellent love and care. I am a natural nurturer, the animals feel at home with me wherever we are. I have worked as a cat, dog and multi-pet sitter for many years, up until now, only through personal referrals. I am a kundalini yoga teacher, craniosacral and polarity therapist. My son is grown and I have a very flexible schedule. I love to get out with the dogs for long walks and if they don’t mind the car, we might get to the beach. I love nature, the outdoors and finding out how best to care for your animal so that they don’t miss you too much. I absolutely appreciate forming long term client relationships so that you and your animals can relax and have fun. I am self-employed and can accommodate your needs. When I am hired for a pet-sit, this is my focus and priority. I can schedule all my other work around it. I have a lovely minimalist home for your pet, a small garden and plenty of leashed walking in the woods space for regular exercise. If a dog is ok with car rides, I’m happy to take them to the beach.
“Melissa was so thoughtful and kind to both Daisy and I. It was our first time leaving Daisy since we adopted her. Melissa took the time to let us visit her home for a meet-and -greet and sniffs of her property a few days before Daisy’s stay. Melissa was so thoughtful and attentive to Daisy’s needs. I have no doubt that Daisy is in good hands with Melissa .”

About: I've always had a dog. I had dogs growing up, I adopted a dog when I moved out on my own, and I adopted another dog when my children were old enough. Dogs are an important and special part of the family. I enjoy giving them attention, taking them for walks, brushing them, and of course, cuddling with them. I am observant of their communication styles, and use my observation skills to make sure I attend to their needs and keep them happy. I lost my special girl recently, and this is the first time in a while I am without my own dog. I would love to help you care for your dog while I decide whether to adopt again. I currently work from home and have a very flexible schedule. I am available to go for walks and give potty breaks almost anytime day and evening. I live in a townhouse that does not have a fenced yard. However, I used to take my dog for several walks per day for both exercise and potty breaks. Dogs are welcome in any part of the house, or can be restricted to downstairs, depending on their needs. I am happy to visit your pet in your home to offer a potty break, take for a walk, or just give some attention.
“Leslie was a wonderful sitter for Lola. We have used her twice and she will continue to be our go-to whenever we're in Guernville. She has a great house perfect for dogs and she was incredibly easy going. Would highly recommend!”

“Couldn’t be happier with our experience with Marina. She was very kind and accommodating. She took great care of Finn and took him for walks. It was so nice to get pictures and videos. It was easy to communicate.”

“Lexi and her family treated our dog as their own, and they truly understand what it means to care for a dog. There was never a worry that Moose wouldn’t get adequate stimulation with the many walks and backyard time spent with this family. The most noticeable difference between Lexi and other sitters was Moose’s energy when we picked him up. He wasn’t full of anxious energy and he seemed like our normal pup. This gives us the peace of mind and then some for any future stays he has with this household.”

“Viri took wonderful care of our dog Ava. I received pictures and updates every day and if I sent her a message asking how things were going, she always responded very quickly. I highly recommend Viri!”

“Sheila was incredibly kind and flexible. Her home was a place filled with a lot of warmth and love! She was always super prompt when replying to me and sent me many photos of my dog while she was staying there. I will 100% book with Sheila again. Thank you!!!”

“My dog, Lily, had a wonderful overnight stay with Kyle and family. She seemed at ease and well cared for. Kyle was very responsive and willing to accommodate any of my requests to help Lily feel at home. Look forward to calling upon Kyle again!”

“Our XL dog had a wonderful stay. He was so well cared for and I loved that he got to spend his vacation with three kiddos as well. Such a wonderful family! Very grateful that they took him in as their own for our little getaway!!”

“I recently enjoyed entrusting my pup with Krissy; she met all my expectations. I cannot recommend her enough for her exceptional care, attentiveness, and playful nature. From the moment I met her, I felt confident that my dog would be in excellent hands. One of the standout qualities of this sitter was her attentiveness. She genuinely cared about my dog's well-being and made sure to provide the utmost care at all times. She was incredibly observant and paid close attention to his needs, ensuring he was comfortable and happy throughout his stay. Communication played a vital role in my positive experience. She was incredibly communicative, keeping us updated regularly on my dog's activities, moods, and any notable changes. Whether through text messages, pictures, or videos, she made sure we felt connected to my dog even when I was away. This level of communication provided me with peace of mind and further reinforced my trust in her. She went above and beyond to understand his preferences, routines, and special requirements. She tailored her approach to accommodate his individual personality and made adjustments as needed. This level of adaptability truly sets her apart as an exceptional sitter. My experience with Krissy was nothing short of fantastic. If you're looking for a sitter who will go above and beyond to provide exceptional care for your furry friend, I wholeheartedly recommend her.”
About: Hello! I have had pet rats my entire life (nearly 20 rats over the years) and I was the neighborhood dog walker as a kid. I dog sat neighbors' various dogs including a puppy as well as birds, rats, and cats. In recent years I have watched my friends' cats and dogs, giving multiple feedings and walks a day. I love connecting with animals and hope to meet your pet soon!! :) I am a nursing student and have availability throughout the week as well as on weekends. Pet care couples very nicely with the schedule of a student as there is some flexibility on my end. I am happy to follow and implement any and all safety precautions needed. I can fully understand and appreciate how important pet safety is and it will always be my highest priority.
“Deborah exceeded our expectations as a pet sitter for our boys! From the moment we entrusted our pups to her care, she went above and beyond to put our minds at ease. One of the highlights was the adorable videos and pictures Deborah sent throughout their stay. These updates were super cute and reassuring, allowing us to see firsthand how happy and well-cared-for our dogs were. As someone who tends to feel anxious about leaving my pets with a new sitter, I truly appreciated Deborah's attentiveness to detail. She took the time to address all the little things that mattered to us, which significantly helped alleviate my concerns. Her thoughtful communication made us feel completely comfortable with the arrangement. Deborah's dedication to our pups' comfort was evident in every aspect of their stay. She even welcomed them to sleep in her bed, showing just how much she treated them as part of her family. We're thrilled to have found such a caring and reliable pet sitter in Deborah. Her services were outstanding, and we're excited to use them again in the future.”

“We’re so happy to have found Crystal! Her home is beautiful and she has her backyard set up perfectly for dogs. She loves dogs and knows what she’s doing; her adorable Rosie dog is also an excellent hostess 😊. I had no reservations leaving our crazy pup, Abby, with her overnight. Crystal sent pictures that clearly showed Abby having a great time and not missing us one bit, exactly what you want as a dog parent.”
