About: I’ve had pets my entire life and have always cared for dogs, cats, rabbits, and birds. I also have 17 years of professional animal care experience. I’ve worked with dogs of all ages, breeds, and temperaments, including nervous, fearful, stressed, reactive, and energetic dogs. My experience includes feeding, cleaning, administering medications, monitoring health and behaviour, and keeping animals safe and comfortable. I also have extensive experience with dog behaviour and training, socialization, obedience, positive reinforcement, and reading body language. I’m comfortable adapting my approach to each dog’s individual personality and needs, and always provide calm, patient, and attentive care. I’m a stay at home mom looking to slowly get back into the work place while doing what I love. I’m available most days and just need a day or two notice in advance. At this time I may not be able to provide in home boarding but I do have a large, fully fenced-in backyard where your dog can safely enjoy some fresh air and playtime. I’ll always be outside with your dog to supervise and ensure they are safe, comfortable, and enjoying their time outdoors.
