“Nathalie et sa famille ont été très accueillant avec mon chien, j’ai tout de suite senti qu’il était entre bonnes mains. Elle a été très rassurante et gentille. Mon chien a adoré son séjour dans sa famille, ce fut une très belle expérience et je suis très satisfaite. C’est certain qu’à l’avenir je demanderai à Nathalie de s’occuper de mon bébé quand j’aurai besoin de quelqu’un pour s’en occuper. Merci encore pour tout!”

Thankfully, Jaimie stepped in on very short notice and we couldn’t have asked for a better pet guardian. She took such wonderful care of Aris, sending us regular updates and photos that truly gave us peace of mind while we were away. Seeing him happy and relaxed in her care was absolutely priceless. When we returned, Aris was clearly happy to see us—but it was also obvious he had formed a bond with Jaimie, looking back at her as we were leaving. I leave for work often, and I ended up getting back later than expected. Liu was super understanding, and even kept our dog an extra night, reassuring us that it was all good. “Notre première visite avant de le faire garder s'est très bien déroulée, ça nous a mis un peu plus en confiance vu que c'était la première fois qu'il se ferait garder par des étrangers. Ils l'ont gardé pour 24 heures, ça semble s'être très bien passé. Notre toutou était content de nous voir au retour, mais rien de plus, donc, il ne semble pas avoir été choqué d'avoir été là 24 heures. Seul petit accroc, les communications promises n'ont pas été nombreuses, mais c'est un détail. Quand le besoin sera là, nous serons contents de le faire garder par Marjolaine à l'avenir, merci pour les bons soins.”

“J’ai choisi Nancy et Maxime car ils ont de l’expérience avec les chiens. Le mien est anxieux et n’a pas beaucoup de relation avec d’autres personnes ni chiens. Lors de nos deux journées de tests, ils m’ont donné de bons conseils pour le déstresser, ainsi que pour la nourriture car ce n’est pas un gros mangeur. La première fois chez eux il était réservé et un peu craintif. Pour la deuxième il s’est laissé un peu plus faire, ils ont même réussis à le promener à l’extérieur. La prochaine étape est de le laisser plus longtemps et je fais entièrement confiance à Nancy et Maxime pour que mon Buddy revienne en pleine forme et enfin prêt à socialiser sans avoir de crainte.”

“Genevieve was amazing with loup. To begin with, She picked him up and dropped him off. She took care of loup and pampered him with all the attention that he was asking. Loup was very happy for the 3.5 weeks that gen took care of him and even out on the impromptu outings :) for the first time that i have left loup for so long, i had no worries! I would without doubt take loup to Gen anytime in the future.”
