About: Bonjour!

“Scot was an awesome choice! Very easy to communicate with, reliable and very sweet to our little Luna. I’d definitely ask him to take care of her again. A major bonus was receiving cute videos of her while away on vacation! Thanks Scot!”

About: I have had dogs in my family since I was a child. My wife and I have an 8-year-old rescue dog, Perla, who is currently away with my wife at veterinary school. My wife and Perla left for school this September, and I miss hearing paws run around the house. Together, we fostered many dogs from Canada and those from overseas. I have experience with dogs of all sizes, different temperaments, reactivity, old and young. I am able to give medications and provide extra care to those who require it. We have doggy stairs that can assist with climbing onto the bed or the sofa. I understand the adjustment of a dog coming to a new home and I will make sure that your fur baby feels at home. I currently work the majority of the time from home. Occasionally, I have to work on the road, but my days are very flexible. Depending on your dog's needs, I can come home early or leave late. Each morning, your dog will have immediate access to the backyard. If your dog prefers, we will take a long morning walk around the neighbourhood and through a park. After the walk, we will eat breakfast, followed by a backyard pee. Then I start work while your dog sleeps or looks out the front window. We can take a quick lunchtime walk or play in the yard. My work day finishes around 4:30 and again, we go for a walk. Of course, if your dog requires it, I can let them out for a bathroom break in between. We will eat dinner and complete our day with a final walk before snuggling up on the couch before bed. Your pet is family as soon as they enter my home. I have a fenced yard and a sign to identify an animal in the home in case of an emergency. My house is dog-friendly. I can easily crate your dog if required, however, they can also roam free or have their own room if they prefer.
