“Micheline was absolutely wonderful with my senior dog Miso who stayed with her for a week while I was out of town. My dog suffers from separation anxiety and needs accommodations due to her age. Micheline had no issues with putting up a gate I provided so that Miso was safe and not using the stairs during her stay. She provided regular updates, was very responsive, and was such a pleasure to communicate with. She and her partner have a beautiful home with a fully fenced yard, and you can really tell they are both animal lovers. I would love if Miso could stay with them again in the future. About: Being a mom to my border collie/aussie shepherd for almost 5 years showed me how pure a pet’s love is, and it made me want to look for more opportunities to spend time with pets. I currently volunteer at Penny Lane Animal Sanctuary, where I help take care of animals that come from situations of abuse and neglect. It is hard, rewarding work and I get to spend some time with cows, goats, sheep’s (and more!) while I am at it. I love taking care of animals and getting to know their quirks and unique personality. With a pretty high-energy dog that requires long walks, lots of exercise and mental stimulation, I can help you taking care of your pet, if you are struggling to find the time or the energy, or if you are going on vacation. About: I’ve been watching dogs for 7 years now. I love all types of dogs. But the first dog I ever got close to was a pitbull. He was the first over night dog sit/house sit. I ever did, the couple would travel often due to work. So I would dog sit about 2/3 times a week. I did that for about two years and gained a lot of experience with dogs due to that job. I also find dog walking a great way to stay healthy and active with out it feeling like a work out. I’ve enjoyed dogging sitting ever since I started and don’t plan to stop. “Julia saved the day! We left our dog with another caretaker who decided a couple days in that it was not a good fit. He messaged me while I was away in Florida, unable to pick up the dog. At 8pm I was able to find Julia, and not only did she agree to take our dog, but her partner went and picked her up for us. I could have cried. Our dog the went on to have an INCREDIBLE week with Julia and her other dogs. She came back better socialized and more confident. I actually felt sad bringing her home because she seemed to have the best week. Julia said a heartfelt goodbye to our girl and it really seemed that she has such a genuine love for dogs. She will be our permanent dog sitter moving forward and we are so grateful for how she swooped in and saved the day and allowed us to enjoy our trip without worrying.”

Mon style de vie ne me permet pas d’avoir un chien présentement et j’adorerais pouvoir m’occuper des autres. Comme je marche beaucoup, pourquoi ne pas relié le tout en aidant les propriétaires avec leurs animaux! Je marche énormément pour tenir la forme et laisser mon esprit vagabonder. Ajouter un ou plusieurs chiens à cette routine apporterait simplement plus de bonheur à mes habitudes! Je peux sortir de mon quotidien pour m’occuper des vos animaux ou encore les ajouter à mes activités. Il me fera plaisir de leur faire plaisir!
