My goal is always to ensure each pet feels safe, comfortable, and respected while in my care. As a veterinary nurse, she brings a compassionate, science-based approach to pet training and care. Nicole is Fear Free certified, a member of the International Association of Animal Behavior Consultants , and is currently pursuing her certification in Behaviour Adjustment Training through the Grisha Stewart Academy. Her passion lies in helping pets be confident, fulfilled, and well mannered to thrive in their homes and communities. At home, Nicole lives with her 9-year-old daughter, who is actively involved in CKC Junior Handling and shares her deep love for animals. Their family includes Chiyo and Matcha the cats, Kira the Alaskan Malamute, Peanut Butter the Pug puppy, and Lore the Dart Frog. Life with this crew inspires Nicole’s work every day and deepens her commitment to compassionate, hands-on care.

About: I’ve taken care of my friend’s dogs quite often when they travel and love it. I have always been around dogs and enjoy them :) I can be home in the day with the dogs! Walking and watching them daily. I work from home, so I am flexible! Look forward to meeting the dogs. I can easily crate your dog if need be, or allow them to go outside in my backyard. I will ensure to allow lots of outdoor time and walks!

About: I have a lifetime of experience when it comes to dogs and have grown up around them my whole life. I was raised by parents that worked with animals and learned a lot about how to care and connect with them. Iam able to administer medications and attend to dogs of any age including puppies. When my husband and I got a dog of our own for the first time our hearts became even more full with love for animals Wich is something I didn’t think possible. Being a dog mom to a loving happy and goofy dog like Bodhi has changed my life. He is truly the heart of our home and caring for him is so fulfilling. Welcoming your dog in our home will just be another incredible addition where we can share our love for animals and care for them like they are our own. I am an artist currently working from home so I am incredibly flexible when it comes to dog care. I have tons of time for play and walks and cuddles so your pet will get lots of attention. On weekends my husband and I go hiking when the weather is good and love to take Bodhi for the nature and exercise, we love to be outside. I live in a great ground floor condo with a walkout porch and a front lawn, right next to me there is a yard with a fence separating us from any traffic or stores. There is lots of room for play and fun and makes potty breaks convenient and easy :) My neighbours are all dog lovers as well and welcome all new furry friends with loving arms. I live only 2 minutes away from Bowring park and go there everyday for a huge walk with Bodhi living close is such a blessing cause he loves the park. As most dogs do, it’s a great place to walk them and let them explore. So you can count on your dog getting a nice big walk in during the day :) Bodhi is a super loving and playful dog who loves other dogs and playing so you know your dog will have a best friend when they stay with us. Dogs are welcome in the bed, on the couch and anywhere in our home. They are family and are treated as such :)
