Because of this, we understand just how much your furry family member mean to us. Our home includes our loving 6 year old boy, so visiting dogs must be comfortable and good with children. We’re happy to accommodate your pup’s individual routine, personality, and needs to help them feel comfortable and at home while they’re with us. For overnight stays, sleeping in a crate is preferred, as we want to provide a safe and comfortable sleeping environment for everyone. About: I’ve taken care of pets my entire life in some capacity, however in 2022, I started taking care of others dogs while they were away or working. I thoroughly enjoyed helping the clients and they all knew that the dog would be taken care of just like they were my own baby. I have lots of experience with all breeds and have had a small breed myself as well as large breeds. My first little guy lived until he was almost 19, and his life span was supposed to be 14-16. My vet always said he was running on love. When he turned 16 he lost bladder control and at 17 he became blind but was still so happy and full of life. You’d think he was a puppy! I decided to study training and behaviour so I could help him keep safe, and thankfully he did. As a result I’ve become familiar with training and even trained my large breed baby to be a service dog. She absolutely loved to help and even helped family and friends as well. At my home I have many places that I can take the doggos on a walk as being downtown leaves endless options. As well I have a small patio and small fenced in yard in the back. I also have volunteered for a dog rescue in Germany/Greece as well as here in Canada and have been a foster for puppies from Labrador and rescues from Texas since 2023. Since a brain tumour in 2021 forced early retirement; I’ve got lots of flexibility to pursue other interests and things I love like playing and staying with animals. I can usually be available on short notice I have looked after pets since i was a kid. I love dogs (and cats of course) and look forward to helping care for your baby. I'm a professional engineer by training/education so very trust worthy. I treat your pet like it is my own

About: All pets will be loved and taken care of, they will definitely be my priority during the time they are with me. Had dogs for the major part of my childhood, so growing up connecting to pets is not much of a problem for me. Will be playing with them pretty much all the time for sure, do not have to worry about any kinds of danger, safety will be ensured first. Any kind of special care requested will be happily accepted and extra attention will be payed towards the concern. About: I grew up in a home that always had a dog, so caring for dogs has always been a natural and important part of my life. I’ve regularly watched family and neighbours’ dogs and have experience caring for both playful puppies and senior dogs. I understand that every dog has their own personality and needs, including dogs who are not social with other dogs. I’m comfortable providing one-on-one care and ensuring they feel safe, happy, and loved. Since we are a family with children, it’s important that visiting dogs are comfortable and good with kids. We’re a very active and loving family who enjoys getting outside, especially going for walks. Dogs have always held a special place in my heart, and I’ll treat your pup like part of our family while they’re in our care. I work from home two days a week, which gives me the flexibility to be home for much of the day and provide regular attention and care. On the days I’m working outside the home, I’m able to stop home for pee breaks and check-ins. I understand that every pup has different routines and needs, and I’m happy to work closely with pet parents to create a schedule that works best for you and your dog. Whether your pup needs extra potty breaks, walks, playtime, or simply some company and cuddles, I’m flexible and happy to accommodate their routine as much as possible. Your pup’s safety, comfort, and happiness are my top priorities. We have a large, fully fenced backyard where your dog can enjoy some fresh air and playtime in a safe environment. We currently don’t have any pets at home. We are still mending our hearts after the recent passing of our beloved dog, who was a very special part of our family. Because of this, we understand just how much your furry family member mean to us. Our home includes our loving 6 year old boy, so visiting dogs must be comfortable and good with children. We’re happy to accommodate your pup’s individual routine, personality, and needs to help them feel comfortable and at home while they’re with us. For overnight stays, sleeping in a crate is preferred, as we want to provide a safe and comfortable sleeping environment for everyone. Most importantly, your pup will receive plenty of love, attention, walks, playtime, and cuddles while they’re here.

About: I’ve taken care of pets my entire life in some capacity, however in 2022, I started taking care of others dogs while they were away or working. I thoroughly enjoyed helping the clients and they all knew that the dog would be taken care of just like they were my own baby. I have lots of experience with all breeds and have had a small breed myself as well as large breeds. My first little guy lived until he was almost 19, and his life span was supposed to be 14-16. My vet always said he was running on love. When he turned 16 he lost bladder control and at 17 he became blind but was still so happy and full of life. You’d think he was a puppy! I decided to study training and behaviour so I could help him keep safe, and thankfully he did. As a result I’ve become familiar with training and even trained my large breed baby to be a service dog. She absolutely loved to help and even helped family and friends as well. I am available at any time, and any day. If you do not see an availability on the calendar, please feel free to contact me and I will see what I can do for you! At my home I have many places that I can take the doggos on a walk as being downtown leaves endless options. As well I have a small patio and small fenced in yard in the back. I like to take the dogs for a walk about every three hours or according to the dogs capabilities if sooner or less is needed. They are allowed to treat my home like their own and will get lots of love and attention.

I was president of a rescue group for 10 years, 25 years volunteering with rescue groups and have extensive experience with small and large dogs, I have completed multiple obedience courses and have a strong knowledge of basic dog obedience and training. I build regular daily outdoor activity into my schedule and understand the importance of consistency for dogs.
