With the help of our daughter and our own dog, Harper, we create a warm, loving home where your pet can feel comfortable and cared for while you’re away. Both of us have experience caring for dogs of all sizes, ages, and personalities, and we genuinely love getting to know each dog’s unique quirks and needs. Adam also has extensive experience fostering animals, including caring for very young kittens as little as 2 days old and puppies as young as 2 weeks old. This has given him experience with everything from young, high-energy pets to animals needing extra patience, attention, and care. We have a flexible daily routine that allows us to easily accommodate different personalities and needs, whether your pup is happiest relaxing at home or loves getting outside for walks and adventures. We’re outdoorsy people ourselves and are always looking for an excuse to get outside, so we’re more than happy to include your dog in our daily walks and adventures. Most importantly, we want your pet to feel comfortable, loved, and right at home while they’re with us! We understand that every pet is unique, so we take the time to learn your dog’s routine, personality, and individual needs before they arrive. We’ll always communicate with you about things like feeding schedules, exercise routines, dietary needs, medications, and any special instructions so we can keep their routine as consistent as possible. When your dog stays in our home, they’ll be part of the family! We live on 44 acres, giving us plenty of space to enjoy the outdoors and provide lots of opportunities for exercise, play, and exploration. At home, we provide a clean, comfortable, and safe environment where your dog can relax and receive plenty of attention. We’re also very mindful of pet safety and make sure their environment is free of hazards and toxic plants. We believe dogs are happiest when they get the right balance of exercise, play, cuddles, and downtime. We’ll follow the exercise routine your dog is accustomed to at home and make sure they get plenty of opportunities to stretch their legs and enjoy the outdoors. Our goal is for your pup to feel right at home, stay happy and well cared for, and go home tired from all the fun!

They have a wonderful 22 acre country property with trails and large fenced yard for safe play and it was obvious that Danni had a wonderful day with them. Jen kindly sent us pictures of rest time and play time throughout the day and although Danni was happy to see us, she was in no hurry to leave and I think she would have preferred to just stay and hang out together indefinitely! Having Danni cared for by Jen has given us peace of mind. We have already booked a few other dates, delighted to know that Danni is happy while we're having fun too. I am comfortable: using a fireplace, chopping wood, going for long hikes, being “alone” in remote areas, being in new cities/towns, being friendly with neighbours, helping facilitate household staff/repair folks. I only use water based paints and am always considerate when setting up an art making station and having your pet around my supplies. Yes, I will based in your home overnight and while I work in the day. I have a flexible schedule and am open to working around your pet's needs & routines. As I know the importance of providing consistency in their daily schedule. I do my best to follow the rules & instructions of your home; to reinforce your pet’s training and sense of comfort in your absence.

About: Caring for pets comes naturally. Growing up with goldens, lab and a poodle. Then owing 2 Aussie Shepards and 3 cats. Shiloh the Shi Tzu is my latest pet, I trained her through professionals and now have a very loving dog, that love extends to all pets. I started by friends asking me to sit there dogs while they were away. Loving and caring for other dogs and cats, started as hobby and now I would love to do the same for you! I know that giving your dog exercise can greatly effect your pet in a positive way. They listen better and are generally happier. Love 💕 is a key ingredient to happier dog as well. Dogs are mostly comfortable in their own environment and their routines are very important to stay the same as they are used to. I am retired and have time to walk dogs, pop in to different homes to walk feed and care for other dogs. If they get along with other dogs can walk them with my dog. I will do both as my dog loves others or if the dog does not socialize well I can go to their home as needed.

About: As a mature adult with 20+ years as a teacher and leader in public education, I understand people. But a love for dogs and all pets has me excited about this new adventure. I have owned pets my entire life and would be happy to show yours the same love I show my own. Beginning July 1, I am available seven days a week for drop in visits with your pet, dog walking or visits at my own home with my own dogs. I have a fenced in yard for the safety of your pets and mine. I can tailor your pets care to suit their and your needs.

After decades in hospitality and guest care, I bring that same attention , communication and reassurance to your pets. I recently sold a very busy business. with a desire for a more balanced life , I now work part-time from home with a very flexible schedule. I love the outdoors and live next to a trailhead for daily walks in the woods. I wanted to combine my love of being outside and moving , with my adoration for dogs. With our two children grown and gone, we have plenty of space in our two story home. We have a large yard and live next to a very large park with extensive trails throughout the woods. We also have the space to crate your pet, should you require. We recently lost our dog Brady of ten years and our home is a well loved dog home where pets are free to roam and be. We are not in the position to have a pet full time but caring for others is the perfect fit.

I have experience working with golden retrievers, labs Jack Russell‘s GSP, hounds and many other dogs of all sizes.I may be a bit biased but golden retrievers are my absolute favourite. It would be my pleasure to walk, play or keep your goldens company on your busy days. You can trust that your furry family member will be safe, loved, and well cared for while you’re away. I don’t have any pets at this time as I travel too much for work but I look forward to being your dogs temporary dog mom! I work shift work and often have days off during the week. My schedule would be ideal for someone working Monday to Friday who needs help with their pet durring working hours Monday- Friday and occasional nights and weekends.
