About: After losing our 13 year old dog, my children and I started fostering for a local rescue group 4 years ago. During this time, I have taken care of numerous dogs of different breeds and prepared them for their new families. I babysit for our friends and family on a regular basis. I work full-time, but my office is 5 mins from my home so can do lunchtime visits, so older housetrained pets are best. Weekends are more flexible and can watch younger pets at these times. I have a large fenced yard and (2) older dog-savy children. I live in a quiet community and can easily go for walks with the dogs. I can take crate trained or housetrained pets and am flexible with allowing them on furniture or not.

I always treat my dogs and cats as they were my own children, with love, care, proper nutrition, playing with them and going on walks. I also teach my children how to treat animals and how to care for them. Such as feeding, playful play, walking, and showing them love and affection. The best part is having a communication with them and they won’t tell anyone haha. I also want to mention I have knowledge on cleaning and maintaining animal living spaces, Bathing and grooming animals, including cutting claws and trimming fur, giving basic obedience training to animals when necessary. I am available to care for both dogs and cats on a daily or weekly basis, with flexible scheduling throughout the day. Please note that services are available up until 10:00 PM. About: I've cared for animals since I was a kid. From early morning walks to baths and meals, I have pet-sat for neighbours, friends and family for many years. Most recently I boarded a pet pig. I'm currently working as a freelancer remotely from my home. I am available any day or time of the week and can give your pet the care and attention it deserves. I have a spacious house and tree-lined yard - so location and timing are flexible. I have a car and will come to your residence if needed.
