About: Hey there! I’m Deanna — animal lover, treat‑giver, walk‑enthusiast, and certified “yes I talk to pets like they’re tiny hairy humans” person. 😄 I’ve had animals my whole life and have looked after pets with all sorts of medical needs. Giving meds? No problem. Special routines? I’m on it. Noticing when your pet is acting a little off? It’s basically my superpower. I’ve raised two puppies from 9 weeks old, so I know all about zoomies, chaos, snuggles, and the “why are you chewing that??” moments. I also adore senior pets — slow walks, soft voices, and gentle care are my jam. I’m pretty active, so if your dog wants adventures, I’m ready. If they prefer couch hangs and snacks… honestly, same. I work part‑time, which means I’ve got flexible availability on weekdays + weekends. I’m also open to overnight stays and weekend pet‑sitting if you need a little getaway. At home I’ve got two cats who are very chill with dogs as long as the dogs aren’t plotting to chase them. For everyone’s safety, I do ask that visiting pets are up to date on flea and tick prevention — gotta keep my furry roommates itch‑free. Your pet will be loved, spoiled, and treated like family. Can’t wait to meet your furry sidekick! 🐶🐱💛 I am currently working part time and have open hours to support your pet(s) weekdays and weekends. I am open to over night stays and weekend work. I have 2 cats who are okay with dogs as long as they don't have a prey drive and chase. I would require the pets coming in to have updated flea and tick to protect my babies.

Growing up I rode horses, had 2 dogs, and at points also had guinea pigs, bearded dragons, fish, and bunnies. However, my best buddy growing up was my Australian Shepherd, Shiloh. Shiloh was ultimately the reason growing up I found a passion for the outdoors and hiking. Spending as much time as possible either on walks around the neighbourhood, hiking through local trails, camping, cottaging, swimming, or at the dog park with my best buddy. As a dog walker/sitter, I understand that our animals are not just animals, but are also our family. They are our honorary family members that need to be loved, protected, and cherished along with giving them the best quality of life possible. Exercise and being outside and around nature is so critical to a dog having its best quality of life. With a flexible schedule, I can cater to your dogs needs and give them the exercise and outside time they need whether that's on a nature hike, or just a walk through your local neighbourhood. Having a car also allows me to get to your pooch wherever they may be in a timely manner, and take them to local parks if requested. I am ultimately a happy and warm individual who keeps their energy calm and who is happy to play with your pup, give them a good walk, or even practice reinforcing basic training that you've been working on with your pup. Whether that be reinforcing basic commands on walks or giving behavioral guidance. For those with rambunctious dogs, I am happy to run around and play with your dog or take them on long walks, along with feeling comfortable and calm with your pooch and being stern when necessary. As your dog's parent, my ultimate goal is to give you the comfort of knowing your dog is being well taken care of, while also giving your pooch a well-rounded and positive experience. Currently, my schedule is completely open to care for your pet on the terms that you need so that I can work around YOUR schedule. I can completely situate my schedule to your pets needs, and make sure that they get all the attention and care that is required. At my home, I currently have a 4 year old lab who loves people and other dogs. She is good with cats, and will be happy to play with your dog. For overnight visits or day visits, I am happy to visit your home where I will be respectful and will keep my phone on me if I ever need to be contacted. My apartment is currently situated in West-End Toronto, close to the waterfront, local trails, and a short distance to the beautiful high park. Animals that stay overnight here will be cared for and given the utmost respect as if they were my own animal. I will do all that I can to make sure your animal feels comfortable, loved, and having a good time so they are less likely to be sad when away from their owners/parents. I am happy to do things on your terms with any special requests or schedules being respected and followed. My parent's house is also a short distance away where they have a fenced-in backyard if your dog is interested in playing with their husky.

About: I love dogs ever since I was a little girl. I have taken cared of friends’ and neighbors’ dogs. Being around dogs makes my heart happy, with me your dogs will treated like royalty and be showered with love. -small dog only environment - I only book a maximum of 4 small dogs , plus my own dog,,so your dog will only be around 4 small dogs which makes care and attention in good quality. -this is a childfree environment so there is less risk at our house of injury or your dog being triggered by something a kid could do and less stressful. I provide a clean and quiet environment. My work is flexible, I can work from home. I can take time off from work if I have booking or fully booked, so that the dogs are not left alone for long hours. pls check the gallery of photos with captions. For boarding: check in or drop off is 3pm , check out or pick up is 11am , these are flexible depends on what we agree. Some of my clients live too far away for a meet and greet, so in those cases I’m happy to waive it. I’ve had many wonderful experiences welcoming dogs without a prior meet and greet, and it’s always been a great stay for both the pups and me! I have a fenced yard , and just outside my fenced yard is a huge baseball field for my Katie and yours to run around with me. -It is a must that all their shots and ticks& flea meds are up to date .

About: It all started with rabbits when I was a 4 year old. My dad bred them and we had well over 60 at one point. I had a pair of baby ducks when I was 8 years old. Then along came my budgie when I was 10. I have a lifelong experience of caring for many different types of pets. In the past I have had rabbits, ducks, a budgie, cockatiels, finches, rats, and aquariums. I took riding lessons as a teen and worked on the horse farm to pay for my lessons. I also have experience with exotic animals as I worked for a short time in a zoo. I have owned 5 dogs. A Husky (who lived to 15), an Australian Shepherd (who passed at age 12 from cancer), a sports mix - Border Collie/Staff/Russel (who passed at 14.5 from CHF), another Australian Shepherd (who passed at 11 from cancer), and I currently have a male Australian Shepherd. I work part time throughout the winter and have a tourism business during the summer. My work schedule is generally 4-6 hour days with a few off during the week. Your pet's care would fit in with my own pet's care. My dog is young and energetic and loves to play with other dogs. We hike most days in the woods surrounding the house. I have a pup who loves other dogs (he would have to come with me for overnight visits). He is playful and affectionate. I have 20 acres of woods to walk in (plus access to my neighbour's trails) and live on a small lake if your dog enjoys swimming. I am very knowledgeable in the care and training of animals, especially dogs and will be taking a first aide course when one comes available. I am very diligent about keeping dogs away from the road and they are always on a leash or longline.
