About: I’ve been caring and keeping dogs company since I was 17. Family, friends and neighbors have trusted me to feed, walk and provide loving companionship for their pups. About: I’ve cared for dogs most of my life having grew up around multiple dog breeds both male and female! My partner and I are the biggest dog lovers, with our own little girl and committed to providing the best care possible. I currently work from home 1-2 days a week and am available weekends and evenings to care for your pups! One of our dogs is very shy, yet she took to Christine very quickly. Their home is perfect in terms of the layout and with a fenced back yard. Christine sent us photos over the 3 day period and is very responsive in her replies. One of our dogs is challenged to navigate stairs however Christine had a gate to prevent her from going up the stairs and potentially hurting herself. I like getting to know the unique qualities of each animal and enjoy providing an enriching environment full of activities for the active dog, or a quiet, calm space for the pets who take more time to settle in. Caring for, and socializing, puppies over a summer was one of the most memorable pet care times, as a family member was preparing to find homes for a litter. She coaxed both out of their shells, kept me updated, and followed the instructions we discussed/I left perfectly. More importantly to me, Danika is an incredibly kind and compassionate person to the human of the house, too. I struggle with some things and contacted her ahead of time to ask if she was okay with the situation my place was in, and she was nothing but understanding and reassuring. Being a recovering hoarder (never of animals!) is a hard climb with a tremendous amount of shame involved, especially when people have to enter my home and I can hear their reactions. Danika lifted that shame from my shoulders in her honest and compassionate statements that it was absolutely okay, and my cats deserve all the love no matter what the state of my kitchen or living room is. About: I’ve cared for dogs most of my life having grew up around multiple dog breeds both male and female! My partner and I are the biggest dog lovers, with our own little girl and committed to providing the best care possible. I currently work from home 1-2 days a week and am available weekends and evenings to care for your pups! Work from home days are flexible depending on your needs I have a large fenced garden for roaming and fun and 1 super friendly golden girl (see profile pic) who wants to make friends with all. Given this we are fully equipped to care for ur dogs in our home or I have a licence and can travel as needed.

“Christine is a very warm, very friendly caring person and it was obvious from the moment she met our two dogs they would be in wonderful hands with her! One of our dogs is very shy, yet she took to Christine very quickly. Their home is perfect in terms of the layout and with a fenced back yard. Christine sent us photos over the 3 day period and is very responsive in her replies. One of our dogs is challenged to navigate stairs however Christine had a gate to prevent her from going up the stairs and potentially hurting herself. We would definitely book Christine again to care for our two dogs!!”
About: I have enjoyed taking care of dogs and other pets from a young age. I like getting to know the unique qualities of each animal and enjoy providing an enriching environment full of activities for the active dog, or a quiet, calm space for the pets who take more time to settle in. Caring for, and socializing, puppies over a summer was one of the most memorable pet care times, as a family member was preparing to find homes for a litter. I'm currently off work for the summer and have lots of flexibility to care for your pets for overnight stays, walks, or drop in visits to your home. I have a fenced backyard and a park across the road with lots of walking trails around to accomodate all the needs or your furry friend. We do also have 1 friendly cat in the home.

About: I am flexible in care and understanding every pet and pet parent has a unique need - not every situation will have the exact same care, and thats okay! :) I work remotely in my house. I have flexible working hours and can accommodate anything your fur baby needs. I am experienced with all animals from cats, dogs, rabbits, bearded dragons, fish, etc. I live in a bungalow with a fully fenced backyard and a secure gate. About: From a very young age, I have always had a love of animals whether they had four legs or scales. Growing up I rode horses, had 2 dogs, and at points also had guinea pigs, bearded dragons, fish, and bunnies. However, my best buddy growing up was my Australian Shepherd, Shiloh. Shiloh was ultimately the reason growing up I found a passion for the outdoors and hiking. Spending as much time as possible either on walks around the neighbourhood, hiking through local trails, camping, cottaging, swimming, or at the dog park with my best buddy. As a dog walker/sitter, I understand that our animals are not just animals, but are also our family. They are our honorary family members that need to be loved, protected, and cherished along with giving them the best quality of life possible. Exercise and being outside and around nature is so critical to a dog having its best quality of life. With a flexible schedule, I can cater to your dogs needs and give them the exercise and outside time they need whether that's on a nature hike, or just a walk through your local neighbourhood. Having a car also allows me to get to your pooch wherever they may be in a timely manner, and take them to local parks if requested. I am ultimately a happy and warm individual who keeps their energy calm and who is happy to play with your pup, give them a good walk, or even practice reinforcing basic training that you've been working on with your pup. Whether that be reinforcing basic commands on walks or giving behavioral guidance. For those with rambunctious dogs, I am happy to run around and play with your dog or take them on long walks, along with feeling comfortable and calm with your pooch and being stern when necessary. As your dog's parent, my ultimate goal is to give you the comfort of knowing your dog is being well taken care of, while also giving your pooch a well-rounded and positive experience. Currently, my schedule is completely open to care for your pet on the terms that you need so that I can work around YOUR schedule. I can completely situate my schedule to your pets needs, and make sure that they get all the attention and care that is required. At my home, I currently have a 4 year old lab who loves people and other dogs. She is good with cats, and will be happy to play with your dog. For overnight visits or day visits, I am happy to visit your home where I will be respectful and will keep my phone on me if I ever need to be contacted. My apartment is currently situated in West-End Toronto, close to the waterfront, local trails, and a short distance to the beautiful high park. Animals that stay overnight here will be cared for and given the utmost respect as if they were my own animal. I will do all that I can to make sure your animal feels comfortable, loved, and having a good time so they are less likely to be sad when away from their owners/parents. I am happy to do things on your terms with any special requests or schedules being respected and followed. My parent's house is also a short distance away where they have a fenced-in backyard if your dog is interested in playing with their husky.
