About: I grew up taking care of animals, inclusive of dogs, cats and goats. I have an affinity with animals and truly enjoy spending time with them. In particular, dogs mean a great deal to me and because I do not have children, dogs have become the object of my love and care and have given that back to me. I have rescued a great deal of domestic and wild animals (raccoons, opossums and a number of birds). I regularly volunteer at the Quinte Humane Society as well. My most recent sits have included large properties in Prince Edward County and Marysville and surrounding areas, with both small dogs, large dogs and multiple pets. I have also taken care of an 80 acre goat farm in Owen Sound for three weeks, taking care of the house and grounds as well. I can also take care of your plants inside and out, garbage and recycling, and am open to other duties that can be discussed at the time of a meet and greet. I always have a meet and greet at least 2 weeks (whenever possible) before my sit, so you can feel comfortable with me, my two little dogs that come with me, and your pets can feel comfortable too! I am a traveler as well and know how important it is to leave one's pet in exceptional care when one is away. I will not only show love and affection to your pet; but as a teacher I value the safety, care and protection of other people's cherished possessions. I have two years experience dog walking, including rescue dogs, as well. Your dogs will be cared for and loved in your own home or in mine, if that is something you choose. I do have two small, (under 6 pounds) female Morkies who will be in my home or coming with me, so your pet will need to be okay in the company of two well behaved, but fun loving dogs. I have had dogs all of my life and as a teacher, I am someone who prepares and proactively thinks about the safety and protection of my pets, and this would be the case with yours as well.

About: From a very young age, I have always had a love of animals whether they had four legs or scales. Growing up I rode horses, had 2 dogs, and at points also had guinea pigs, bearded dragons, fish, and bunnies. However, my best buddy growing up was my Australian Shepherd, Shiloh. About: I love dogs ever since I was a little girl. I have taken cared of friends’ and neighbors’ dogs. Being around dogs makes my heart happy, with me your dogs will treated like royalty and be showered with love. -small dog only environment - I only book a maximum of 4 small dogs , plus my own dog,,so your dog will only be around 4 small dogs which makes care and attention in good quality. -this is a childfree environment so there is less risk at our house of injury or your dog being triggered by something a kid could do and less stressful. I provide a clean and quiet environment. My work is flexible, I can work from home. I can take time off from work if I have booking or fully booked, so that the dogs are not left alone for long hours. pls check the gallery of photos with captions. For boarding: check in or drop off is 3pm , check out or pick up is 11am , these are flexible depends on what we agree. About: It all started with rabbits when I was a 4 year old. My dad bred them and we had well over 60 at one point. I had a pair of baby ducks when I was 8 years old. Then along came my budgie when I was 10. I have a lifelong experience of caring for many different types of pets. In the past I have had rabbits, ducks, a budgie, cockatiels, finches, rats, and aquariums. I took riding lessons as a teen and worked on the horse farm to pay for my lessons. I also have experience with exotic animals as I worked for a short time in a zoo. I have owned 5 dogs. A Husky (who lived to 15), an Australian Shepherd (who passed at age 12 from cancer), a sports mix - Border Collie/Staff/Russel (who passed at 14.5 from CHF), another Australian Shepherd (who passed at 11 from cancer), and I currently have a male Australian Shepherd. I work part time throughout the winter and have a tourism business during the summer. My work schedule is generally 4-6 hour days with a few off during the week. Your pet's care would fit in with my own pet's care. My dog is young and energetic and loves to play with other dogs. We hike most days in the woods surrounding the house. I have a pup who loves other dogs (he would have to come with me for overnight visits). He is playful and affectionate. I have 20 acres of woods to walk in (plus access to my neighbour's trails) and live on a small lake if your dog enjoys swimming. I am very knowledgeable in the care and training of animals, especially dogs and will be taking a first aide course when one comes available. I am very diligent about keeping dogs away from the road and they are always on a leash or longline.

About: I grew up in a household that always had a family dog and I now have a dog of my own. My last family dog lived to 16 so am familiar with a senior dog lifestyle. In comparison my current dog Nova (4.5 yrs) I have raised alone from a puppy. She is a collie lab mix with lots of energy! I work from home and have a very flexible job that allows me to take a hour lunch break to go for a long walk with my dog. I have an acre and a half of land. About one acre has a inground electric fence that I have trained my dog on. If I have guest dogs I suggest a long lead if they are a flight risk or I have a spare collar for dog parents that agree to training with the fence ( I have flags and the collar beeps in warning to the perimeter). I give lots of affection throughout the day to pets and if I have a snack usually means my furry friend will as well.

I have experience working in a vet clinic with dogs and cats for 2 years. I've also worked for a doggy day care centre for 2 years. I was in charge of walking, feeding, playing and of course snuggling with the dogs :) My grandmother bred Wheaten Terriers as well, so growing up I also had a lot of puppy experience! I love walking with my own dogs and would love the opportunity to look after your dogs too! All kinds of dogs welcome-I'm your ultimutt dog lover! Currently, I should be available most days and some weekends for dog walking, house-sitting and drop-in visits! About: From a very young age, I have always had a love of animals whether they had four legs or scales. Growing up I rode horses, had 2 dogs, and at points also had guinea pigs, bearded dragons, fish, and bunnies. However, my best buddy growing up was my Australian Shepherd, Shiloh. Shiloh was ultimately the reason growing up I found a passion for the outdoors and hiking. Spending as much time as possible either on walks around the neighbourhood, hiking through local trails, camping, cottaging, swimming, or at the dog park with my best buddy. As a dog walker/sitter, I understand that our animals are not just animals, but are also our family. They are our honorary family members that need to be loved, protected, and cherished along with giving them the best quality of life possible. Exercise and being outside and around nature is so critical to a dog having its best quality of life. With a flexible schedule, I can cater to your dogs needs and give them the exercise and outside time they need whether that's on a nature hike, or just a walk through your local neighbourhood. Having a car also allows me to get to your pooch wherever they may be in a timely manner, and take them to local parks if requested. At my home, I currently have a 4 year old lab who loves people and other dogs. She is good with cats, and will be happy to play with your dog. For overnight visits or day visits, I am happy to visit your home where I will be respectful and will keep my phone on me if I ever need to be contacted. My apartment is currently situated in West-End Toronto, close to the waterfront, local trails, and a short distance to the beautiful high park. Animals that stay overnight here will be cared for and given the utmost respect as if they were my own animal. I will do all that I can to make sure your animal feels comfortable, loved, and having a good time so they are less likely to be sad when away from their owners/parents. I am happy to do things on your terms with any special requests or schedules being respected and followed. My parent's house is also a short distance away where they have a fenced-in backyard if your dog is interested in playing with their husky.

About: Hi I’m Doug I have owned mostly large working dogs since I was 10 years old . I currently have three dogs Cletus Betty and Chester . All of them are very friendly and well socialized. Cletus and Betty are American Bulldogs Chester is a French / English Bulldog mix . Puppies Sr dogs house training and administering medication are all things I have experience in . I am retired so my schedule is flexible according to your pets needs. I am on the property with the dogs all of the time . I live on 2 acres in the country surrounded by farms . I have a huge fenced in run with a custom built shelter for the dogs . I also live minute from trails to take the dogs on safe walks free from any traffic.
About: Hey, Guys! My name is Jess, and have been working with dogs in a professional environment (daycare, on-leash group walks, off-leash park) for the past 8.5 years. I was raised on a farm full of animals and have loved being surrounded by them ever since. I myself have 2 cats, and this is why I will not be able to help out any cat owners out there, but very comfortable with all breeds and sizes of dogs. I would prefer to have a meet and greet for any dogs coming into my home. I do live in a large apartment,it does say I can host a single dog, but if they are from the same family/get along well (with a complimentary trial), I will be open to caring for them. I am a 5 minute walk from our beautiful and very large off leash dog park, with an enclosed area, and additional area for our friends that need a bit more attention. I have taken pet first aid, and a course in reactivity, but always learning. That being said, I have taken care of puppies, seniors, special needs, and everything in between. In my last position I administered shots, flee meds, and other medications. I would love to meet you and your furry friend, and available through email or text any time.
