“Sam made a trip to my cottage to do a drop-in visit for my dog, Yoshi. It was very hot out but she was incredibly adaptable and kept Yoshi safe, cool and happy! He immediately liked her and was in great spirits when I arrived home later, therefore her visit meant a lot to us. I left her with several requests, including giving Yoshi an outing, treats and medication before leaving, and that all went swimmingly. She was a great communicator as well.
