We have over 10 acres of land, including about 8 acres of bush with walking paths. There’s a fully fenced dog run attached to the house for bathroom breaks. We have a large room dedicated to indoor play and rest, and a large, cleared outdoor area for playing fetch and water activities when the weather is nice. There’s plenty of shade for relaxing on hot days. We’ve always dreamed of running a boarding kennel or daycare. As dog owners for over 30 years, we’ve mostly had more than one dog at a time. Years ago, we even had a litter of eight Labs! Currently, we have three dogs: Jenny, a retriever mix female we helped rehome when she was 10 months old; Oscar, our 8-year-old Bernese Mountain Dog; and Maverick, our 4-year-old Red Retriever. We also have our grand puppy, Cooper, a 4-year-old Basset Hound, who lives in an attached apartment with our son, daughter-in-law, and grandson. Cooper is with us when his parents work. I have recently lost my job and in the midst of looking for work, I decided to open up my home to some furry friends! **I am only able to provide care from 8am-6pm daily for doggy daycare** I am currently searching for my next job opportunity since being laid off. I have daily available during the work day with overnight care offered if needed. I have a fully fenced, large yard as well as two dogs of my own. The care for your dog would be directly in my home, they wouldn't be outside all day/ignored. If the weather is bad, we may just sit back and watch TV after playtime! My dogs are very friendly and playful but I do have a dachshund who is very small, therefore I can only accept dogs that are 40lbs and under.

I work retail full-time so my schedule is kind of all over the place, but I’ll try to make your requests work if possible! I have a fully fenced backyard and a large doggy door so that your fur baby will be able to use the door if needed and go outside as they wish to play/ use the bathroom. However, I will also monitor them in case they do not use this doggy door (Annie will show them how to use it!). I am certified by the Canadian Red Cross in Pet First Aid and CPR. I will also send hourly updates from 8 am to 8 pm to send a photo or advise on how your dog is doing and what they are up to. when taking dogs out for walks, I will ensure they are kept off of busy streets and only walk them when the pavement is not too hot for their paws/ grass or trail walks only. If taking dogs to the dog park, I will ensure they are monitored closely to ensure they are in a safe and happy environment without aggressive dogs. I will monitor pets eating and pooping and advise if there are any issues. I will ensure they have enough clean drinking water (we used Brita Filtered water). In the event the dog gets muddy or dirty I can bathe them as well.

So I can take breaks as needed to care for your pets, my schedule is very flexible! Working from home is also a great advantage if your pet needs someone to hangout with during the day. I am an animal lover, and I’ll do everything to make sure every pet feels safe and loved while I’m my car. My house has a fenced yard and I live about a block away from the park!

Georgia is an American Staffy that we rescued last year, at approximately 1 years old. Since then we have focused on all levels of training, including agility, to help deal with her reactivity. We have made tremendous progress over the last year with her. I am available between 7 and 6 Monday to Saturday. Sundays and holidays can also be accommodated. My flexible schedule means that I can provide care on your schedule. I know that timing and routine are important to your pet and yourself, and I am punctual and dependable. I understand how important the safety of your furry friend is to you. Should your pet join us in our home, they will have the opportunity to enjoy our fully fenced back yard during play time. During walking times, there are many lovely trails and pathways in our quiet residential neighborhood that we can enjoy together.
